Solution
To resolve this issue:
The VD100 error on Shadow means something went wrong when trying to connect to our service. Please check that your Shadow account is correctly set up and that you're properly assigned to it. To guide you through this, here’s a helpful article we've put together.
If that doesn't solve the issue right away:
- Wait for 20 minutes: Allow Shadow PC to process updates or maintenance tasks.
- Reconnect to Shadow PC: After waiting, restart your Shadow PC and attempt to connect again.
