The launcher timed out while waiting to connect to Shadow PC, causing the L111 error

Cause

This L-111 error typically occurs when your Shadow PC is temporarily unavailable. Common triggers include recent changes to the Windows environment, such as system updates or maintenance tasks.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

  1. Power off your Shadow PC: Use the Shadow app to shut down your Shadow PC.
