Step 1: Send your logs to the Support team

Send your logs and include the code generated by the Launcher: How to send logs to Shadow Support.
Submit your message via the form.
Step 2: Restart your Shadow PC
Return to the Launcher and click “Restart” to attempt a new update of the Shadow PC. This step may take a few minutes.
