- Check your internet connection – Ensure your device has an active and stable internet connection.
- Restart your Shadow app or device – Close and reopen the Shadow application, or restart your Shadow Box or Shadow Ghost.
- Try the Beta version – Updating to the Beta version of Shadow may help resolve the issue if a problem was patched in another update.
