U-100 to U-299: An Issue Happened with the Service

Shadow PC was unable to start due to an issue with one of the services.
You can encounter one of these error codes : U-101, U-102, U-103, U:104, U:105, U-106, U-200, U-201, U-202, U-203, U-204, U-205, U-206, U-207, U-250, U-251, U-252, U-254, U-299

Cause

A Shadow PC component is not responding or was not installed properly.

Solution

Restart Shadow PC:

Wait 20 minutes before starting Shadow PC again. Shadow PC will continue to try and repair the component automatically.

Support will triage the problem and provide the solution required to resolve the error if it persists.

Report the error to Shadow Support:

  1. Send logs using the Shadow PC launcher.
  2. Copy the log code.
  3. Open the Support contact form.
  4. In your message, paste the log code and specify the error code you received on the Shadow PC launcher.
  5. Complete and submit the form.
