The Shadow renderer has encountered a critical error while running Shadow.

Solution

If you see error R: -1, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Restart Shadow

   • Restart the Shadow application, Shadow Box, or Shadow Ghost.

   • In most cases, this will resolve the problem.

2. Turn off Shadow

   • If restarting doesn’t work, try shutting down Shadow completely:

     • Windows, macOS, or Ubuntu: Click the Help icon → Shut down Shadow.

     • iOS or Android: Go to Settings → Turn off Shadow.
