Issue
Error R:101 occurs when attempting to connect to Shadow PC while already running on another device. It can also happen when trying to run multiple instances of Shadow on the same device.
Cause
This error is triggered when Shadow detects an active session on another device, preventing simultaneous connections.
Solution
To resolve this error, log in to your Shadow account using your preferred device. If you log in to Shadow on another device, Error R:101 will reappear, and the current session will disconnect.
