U-251 - Sorry, an issue happened with the update services in your Shadow PC

This error code means that a component was not correctly set up during the installation of the Recovery Mode.
Note: Error codes are found at the bottom of the launcher:
The Recovery Mode is an environment similar to the ALPHA, BETA, and PROD environments that only includes the essential components necessary to operate your Shadow PC.
Recovery Mode allows you to access your Shadow PC with fewer features if you are facing update issues.
We recommend following the steps below if you received this error code.
Step 1: Send your logs to the Support Team

Specify the error code that you received on your launcher in your message.
Send your logs to the Support Team and send the received code in your message: How to send diagnostic logs to Shadow Support.
Validate and send your message via the form.
Step 2: Restart your Shadow PC
Go back to your launcher and click "Start Again" to try a new Shadow PC update. This may take several minutes.
