Offers & hardware specifications
Legacy offers (Boost, Discovery) are no longer available for new subscriptions and are not listed here. If you are on a legacy offer, you can upgrade to a current plan from your account page.
Your streaming resolution and frame rate also depend on your local device's decoding capability and your internet connection, higher resolutions such as 4K require a stable, fast connection.

Related questions
What is the difference between Boost Classic, Neo, and Power?
All three offers provide a full Windows 11 PC in the cloud.
Boost Classic is our entry-level option, a great starting point for lighter gaming and everyday tasks.
Neo is our most popular Gaming offer, featuring a more powerful GPU and larger RAM, well-suited for modern AAA titles at high settings.
Power is the top Gaming tier, offering the fastest CPU, the largest GPU, and the most memory, ideal for demanding games, high-framerate play, and creative work.
What's the difference between Neo, Power and Neo Lite, Power Lite?
The Lite versions are designed for occasional gamers who use Shadow for less than 120 hours per month (roughly 3 hours per weekday and 7 hours per day on weekends).
They offer the same hardware performance as the non-Lite versions, but at a more affordable price, with a few specific features adapted to this usage (connection time, connection priority, number of displays, maximum resolution, etc.). The non-Lite versions (Neo and Power) remain suited to more intensive usage, with specifications better adapted to the user's profile: 210 hours of usage per month.
Users already subscribed to a Shadow PC before July 23, 2026 keep all their caps unlocked, regardless of their usage.
NB: any update to the current offer will result in an update to these parameters, regardless of the initial subscription date.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between offers?
Yes. You can switch offers at any time from your Shadow Manager.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed at a prorated rate for the rest of the billing cycle.
Downgrades are applied at the start of your next billing period.
Note that switching to an offer with less storage than your current one will trigger a full reset of your Shadow PC - make sure to back up your data beforehand.
Can I add more storage to my Shadow PC?
Yes. Extra storage can be added to any Gaming offer in 256 GB increments, up to a maximum of 5 TB.
Storage can be managed from your Shadow Manager.
Reducing storage will permanently erase the secondary drive, this action cannot be undone.
Are legacy offers (Boost, Discovery) still available?
Legacy offers are no longer available for new subscriptions. Existing legacy subscribers can continue using their plan or upgrade to a current offer. Upgrading from a legacy plan is permanent - you cannot return to the legacy pricing once you switch.
