Introduction
In most cases, your Shadow PC is automatically hosted in the datacenter that offers the best possible performance based on your location. However, under very specific circumstances, a migration to a different datacenter may be considered.
Please Note:
-
Datacenter migration is not guaranteed.
It depends on several factors, including availability, technical constraints, and your specific setup. -
Service disruption is expected.
If approved, the migration process will reset your Shadow PC, meaning all data will be lost. You will need to back up everything in advance. -
Speed tests are required.
To determine whether a migration would genuinely improve your experience, we may request results from speed tests performed on your local machine. -
Processing time.
Please be aware that it may take our team some time to review and handle your request.
Important:
- Datacenter change requests are exceptional and reviewed case-by-case.
- Your current datacenter was selected to match your region and provide the best balance of performance and availability.
- Changing datacenters is not a way to solve performance issues that may stem from other causes such as local hardware, network quality, or system setup.
If you still believe that a datacenter migration might be necessary in your case, feel free to contact our support team. We'll guide you through the next steps if applicable.
