If you'd like to log in to your Shadow account using a different email address, you can change the email from your account page at any time.
To change your email address:
- Log in to your account page.
- Click Account → My Account.
- Next to your email address, click Edit my email.
- Enter your new email address.
- Click Save.
If you can't log in to your account page, you can contact Support and ask for help changing your email address.
- Use the request form to contact Support.
- Provide the email address currently associated with your account.
- Complete the form.
- Type the subject and message.
- Attach a copy of your government-issued ID (e.g. identification card, driver's license, or passport) to confirm your identity.
Make sure that the ID shows your name, date of birth, and street address. This information will be used to verify your account details and ensure your request is authorized.
