The Shadow Drive web app has multiple options at the top of the page, allowing you to access a range of features and settings, such as file organization, media previews, and profile management, all directly from your browser.
You can use the web app to access the following features and settings:

Files Tab
The Files tab allows you to browse and manage your synchronized files and folders.
On this tab, you can:
- Sort your files
- Create or upload files and folders with the + Add button.
- Toggle between
list view and
grid view.
- Select
Files settings to show hidden files and crop image previews.
- Click checkboxes next to files and folders to select and modify access settings for individual files.
File options
Click the ●●● three dots button on any file or folder to access:
- Share – Generate a shareable link or adjust sharing permissions.
- Add to Favorites – Mark the file as a favorite for quicker access.

Details – View and manage file properties, including version history.
- Versioning tracks every saved version of your file when a modification occurs.
- Restore previous versions or work from an intermediate state if needed.
- Delete, rename, download, or restore an older version of the file.
- Rename – Change the file’s name.
- Move or Copy – Transfer or duplicate the file to another location within your drive.
- Edit Locally – Open the file with your default external software for that format.
- Download – Save a copy of the file to your device.
- Delete – Remove the file from your storage.
Photos Tab
The Photos tab lets you view and interact with your media files, such as photos and videos, with clear previews for each item. You can start a slideshow, edit files directly on Shadow Drive, or download them. The sidebar provides additional options to share your media, view previous versions, or mark files as favorites for quick access.
Migration Tab
Use the Migration tab to import data from external services like Dropbox. You'll see instructions to generate a Dropbox access code to start migrating your files to Shadow Drive.
Sync Tab
The Sync (WebDAV) tab shows a list of tokens that allow devices to access your data. You can generate a new token manually for third-party (WebDAV) connections, ensuring your devices remain synchronized.
Download Tab
The Download tab links to the download page where you can get the Shadow Drive and Shadow PC applications.
Help Tab
The Help tab directs you to the FAQ , which provides detailed information about Shadow Drive and its features.
Search Button
Use the Search feature to find specific files or folders on your drive by typing keywords into the search bar.
Notifications
In the Notifications section, you'll receive important updates about your Shadow Drive, such as alerts for low storage or other critical changes.
