If you receive this message, it means that you have just encountered a critical error while running the application.

In order to effectively overcome this problem, shut down Shadow and reset the Shadow application settings.

To do this:

  1. Click Help Help_Icon.pngShutdownShadow.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. At the bottom-left side of the launcher, click Reset settings.
