What's my priority level based on my plan?
When demand is high, connections to Shadow go through a queue. Your plan determines your priority level in that queue:

How does it work?
The higher your priority, the faster your connection request is processed during periods of high demand on a data center. This priority only applies during high demand: under normal conditions, connection is nearly instant regardless of your plan.
Can I increase my priority?
Your priority level is directly tied to your plan. Upgrading to a higher plan (for example, from Shadow Lite to Shadow, or from Shadow to Shadow Pro) increases your priority in the queue.
