If you see this error message, there is a problem connecting to our servers.
To address this issue, check your outgoing connection to the Internet and restart your Shadow application, Shadow Box, or Shadow Ghost.
We suggest that you consider updating to the Beta version, which may resolve the problem.
If, after performing these steps, the issue persists, contact Shadow Support and include additional details to facilitate a quicker and more effective resolution to the problem.
