R: 2 - Launcher error

If you receive this message, it means that you have just encountered a critical error while running the application.
In order to effectively overcome this problem, shut down Shadow and reset the Shadow application settings.
To do this:
Click Help → ShutdownShadow.
Click Settings.
At the bottom-left side of the launcher, click Reset settings.
