V:101 - Shadow gets a timeout error


If you receive error V:101, this means the launcher timed out while trying to connect to Shadow.


This can be caused by a recent change to Windows, such as a Windows update. Please wait 5 to 20 minutes before trying to connect again while Shadow finishes any updates.

If the issue persists after waiting, please contact the Shadow Support Team.
