Where can I download the Shadow app for my device?
To download the Shadow app onto your device, visit the Downloads page from our website or log in to your account page and click the Shadow apps tab.
Does Shadow offer dual-screen support?
We do have a dual-screen feature available! See our article How to Enable Multi-Screen on Shadow for help enabling and testing this feature.
Is it possible to use VR on Shadow?
While Shadow offers a legacy "Shadow VR" application, it is no longer actively maintained. For an optimal and high-performance experience, using Virtual Desktop is now the method recommended by our experts. For more information, you can read our article How to set up Shadow VR.
Requirements
What are the minimum requirements to use Shadow?
Shadow recommends a minimum download speed of 15Mb/s. Some devices manufactured on or before 2012 may not function properly.

Due to hardware and software updates from manufacturers, requirements are subject to change at any time.
Where can I use Shadow?
Shadow PC Enterprise is available in Europe as well as in the United States and Canada. If you have any doubts, please contact our sales team via this form.
Can I use Shadow on a professional network?
You should be able to use Shadow on any company network, however, you may need to make some modifications. For more information, please refer to our article Connect to Shadow with a company network.
Is it possible to mine cryptocurrency?
Mining cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, etc.) violates our Terms of Use and will result in the immediate termination of your Shadow subscription without a refund. For more rules that may result in termination, see what we do not allow on Shadow.
Can I use Shadow while I'm traveling?
Shadow is a great travel companion, but there are restrictions. If it takes too long for your internet connection to reach your data center, this will increase latency. Although traveling with Shadow is possible, your connection must still meet the requirements. Please refer to this article for more information: How to troubleshoot your internet connection.
Your account
When will I receive my activation email?
Once your administrator has invited you, you will first need to create your account before your administrator can assign your account to an existing Shadow PC.
You will first receive an email inviting you to create an account and once you have done so, your administrator will be able to assign you to a Shadow PC.
Meanwhile, you can download the Shadow applications to access your Shadow PC once your administrator has assigned it to you.
Can I change my email address or password?
Yes, you can change your email address or password from your customer space.
How can I delete my Shadow PC?
You can contact your account administrator and ask them to delete your account. Remember to back up your important files before initiating this procedure.
If you face any difficulties using your Shadow PC, please do not hesitate to report these difficulties to your administrator who will be able to help you.
