I'm not receiving a video signal from my Shadow Box

If you encounter a black screen even before the connection page to your Shadow Box, several solutions can be tested:
Check that the screen is turned on and plugged into the Shadow Box,
Test another video cable between the Shadow Box and your screen,
Test other ports on the screen or Shadow Box
Try it with another screen
Test without an adapter
