What are the differences between the Spark for Makers Offer and the Standard Shadow Offer?
The Spark for Makers Offer provides more primary storage than the Standard Shadow Offer (1TB compared to 256GB for the Standard Shadow Offer).
You will also soon have the possibility to bring your own Windows License with the Shadow For Makers Offers.
The users with a Shadow for Makers subscription also benefit from prioritized support.

Can I get a Power Upgrade with a Shadow for Makers Offer?
It is not possible to combine a Shadow for Makers Offer with a Power Upgrade for now. However, you can subscribe to the Zenith for Makers or Aurora for Makers Offers which provide a similar configuration (see table below).

Can I pay upfront with the Shadow for Makers Offers?
It is possible to pay the Shadow for Makers subscriptions upfront.
For the moment, this option is only available in the United States and Canada.
Can I get a referee or become a referral with the Shadow for Makers Offers?
It is not possible to get a referee or become a referral with the Shadow for Makers Offers.
How long can I remain inactive on my Shadow PC before the activation of the automatic shutdown?
For the moment, the automatic shutdown is activated after 30 minutes of inactivity when the Shadow application is connected or after 1 hour if you are not directly connected to your Shadow.
Can I install virtualization software?
Shadow does not support virtualization software, including emulators, and cannot be modified to do so. Attempting to enable virtualization is considered a modification and is not supported. For more information, please see our article Rules and Restrictions on Shadow
Can I add extra storage with a Shadow for Makers Offer?
Yes, you can add up to 5TB of extra storage from your Customer Space as long as it is available in your data center.
Can I remove (completely or partially) my extra storage with a Shadow for Makers Offer?
Yes, it is possible to remove your extra storage.
To do so, please contact Support. The option will be later available on your Customer Space.
How will I receive my invoices if I have extra storage?
You are charged at the same anniversary date for your current Offer and your extra storage. If you get extra storage after subscribing to a Shadow for Makers Offer, you will immediately pay a pro-rata calculated between the activation date of your Shadow for Makers Offer and the renewal date of your Shadow Offer.
How can I switch from one Shadow for Makers Offer to another?
Please note that you will not be refunded for the remaining time on your former Offer and that you will have to pay the activation fees of the new Offer.

When can I cancel the renewal of my Shadow for Makers subscription?
You can cancel the renewal of your Shadow for Makers subscription up to 24 hours before the anniversary date from your Customer Space.
Can I cancel my Shadow for Makers subscription and get a refund for that motive?
When you subscribe to Shadow, you explicitly renounce to your right to retract.
Once you have been activated on your Shadow for Makers Offer, you cannot cancel it and get a refund for that particular motive.
