When can I cancel the renewal of my 6-month plan?
You can cancel the renewal of your 6-month subscription up to 24 hours before the anniversary date from your Customer Space.
Can I cancel my subscription during the 6 months period and get a refund for that motive?
It is not possible to get a refund for that motive. You can however cancel your current subscription on your Customer Space to prevent the renewal at the anniversary date. In that case, the access to your Shadow PC will be removed at the end of the 6-month period.
