This payment plan allows you to pay for your Shadow subscription upfront for an extended period of time while saving money.

Yes, your subscription is tacitly renewed for your current commitment. This means that you will be charged on the anniversary date and renewed for 3 or 6 months. You will receive a reminder by mail one month before the renewal date.

If the Power Upgrade or additional storage are included in your subscription, those will be automatically renewed as well.

You can cancel the renewal of your 3 or 6-month subscription up to 24 hours before the anniversary date from your Customer Space.

It is not possible to get a refund for that motive. You can however cancel your current subscription on your Customer Space to prevent the renewal at the anniversary date. In that case, the access to your Shadow PC will be removed at the end of the 3 or 6-month period.

No, it is not possible for now to withdraw from the Power Upgrade with an active subscription.
If you want to keep your 3 or 6-month plan and be renewed without the Power Upgrade, you will have to cancel your active subscription and get a new 3 or 6-month plan subscription without the Power Upgrade at the end of your current billing cycle.
