From the "PC" tab of your Shadow Business Manager, you can view information related to a Shadow PC Pro, subscribe to a new Shadow PC Pro, delete an existing Shadow PC Pro, assign or unassign a Shadow PC Pro to a user, or factory reset a Shadow PC Pro.
View information related to a Shadow PC Pro
In the "PC" tab of your Shadow Business manager, when you click on one of your Shadow PCs Pro, a side menu will open on the right side of your screen for you to manage the PC. Here is what it contains:
- The type of offer: Spark, Aurora, or Lightning
- The storage available on the Shadow PC
- The Datacenter
- The machine's date of creation.
- The subscription's next renewal date
The subscription is automatically renewed without notice. - The user assigned to this Shadow PC Pro
Subscribe to a new Shadow PC Pro
- Click on the
button.
- Choose the configuration that you want.
- Add extra storage for this Shadow PC Pro if needed. You can see the monthly price of your Shadow PC Pro on the right.
- Click "Order".
- Fill in your payment method.
Assign or Unassign a Shadow PC Pro
Assign a user:
- Click on the corresponding Shadow PC Pro.
- The drop-down menu opens and you can assign one of your users directly here.
Unassign:
- Click on the corresponding Shadow PC Pro.
- The drop-down menu opens. At the bottom of the menu, click the "Remove Access" button which appears if the Shadow PC Pro has already been assigned to one of your users.
Factory reset a Shadow PC Pro
- Click on the Shadow PC Pro you want to reset. A menu opens on the right side of your screen.
- Click on the
button at the top right of the menu.
- Click on "Reset this PC".
- A security pop-up will open, follow the instructions.
- Choose the type of configuration you want.
- Choose the language of Windows.
- Choose your keyboard language. Your Shadow PC Pro is now ready!
Delete a Shadow PC Pro
- Click on the Shadow PC Pro you want to delete. A menu will open on the right side of your screen.
- Click on the
button at the top right of the menu.
- Click on "Delete"
