To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account page.
- Click the Subscription tab.
- Click Cancel my subscription.
- Provide a reason and confirm your cancellation.
- After you click Confirm, a final summary will appear with your billing cycle end date.
I still have an annual Shadow subscription. Can I cancel it?
You can cancel your annual Shadow subscription at any time, for any reason. If there's an issue with your Shadow or your subscription, please contact Support and share your feedback so we can correct the issue and continue improving our service.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Once you've canceled your subscription, your account page will be updated and you'll also receive an email confirmation. Check your account page and email to confirm your subscription has been successfully canceled.
You may continue to use your Shadow until the end of your current billing month. Refer to your account page or the cancellation email that was sent to you to see the specific date your subscription will end.
What should I do if I change my mind?
You can your subscription at any time before your billing cycle end date. On your account page, click Reactivate my subscription.
Once your subscription ends, you cannot restart your subscription. If you'd like to use Shadow, you'll need to re-subscribe.
What happens to my data after my subscription ends?
The data on your Shadow's hard drive(s) will be deleted immediately after your billing cycle has ended. This data is not retained and cannot be restored. If you'd like to, you can proceed to delete your account.
