How to download your personal information

You can download the personal information we've stored regarding your account. This information includes your name, billing address, and other actions you've performed from your account page.
To download your personal information:
Login to your web account page
Navigate to the "Account" tab within your Customer space.
Click on "Download my data" under your account information.
Your browser will automatically download a JSON file to your device's default folder.
