Have you received an invitation from the administrator of your Shadow account?
Follow the steps in this article for help setting up your Shadow:

Shadow Installation

  1. Create your account

    1. Open the invitation email you received

    2. Click on the link in the email inviting you to create an account

    3. Create your password

  2. Download Shadow onto your devices

    Shadow is available on devices with Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Ubuntu operating systems.
    You can check if your operating system is compatible on our page Device Requirements for Shadow.

    1. Go to the "downloads" page on our website

    2. Find the operating system of your device

    3. Click on "Download" right to the corresponding operating system

  3. Log in and authorize your device

    To log into Shadow, you need the same email and password that you used to sign up.

    1. Open the Shadow application

    2. Click on "Login with browser"

    3. Type in the email and password linked to your Shadow account

    4. Go to your mailbox to get your authentification code.

      Authentication emails may take up to 10 minutes to appear in your inbox
      To enhance security with your Shadow, an authentication code is required each time you log into a new device.

    5. Type in or copy and paste your authentification code

    6. Click on "Continue with Shadow" and follow the instructions on your screen.

  4. Set up your Shadow

    You're moments away from streaming Shadow. Before you click on "Start", check out the other settings available in the Shadow Launcher and connect your USB devices.

If you have not received an email inviting you to create an account, first ask the administrator of your Shadow account to verify that they did indeed invite you from the Shadow Manager.
If this is the case and you still do not receive an invitation email, please contact our support team.

You will receive your authentication code at the email address linked to your Shadow account.
If you are unable to receive the email, check your "spam" folder, and if after several attempts you are still unable to receive it, please contact our support team.

Authentication emails may take up to 10 minutes to appear in your inbox
To enhance security with your Shadow, an authentication code is required each time you log into a new device.

Please check with your administrator to see if your administrator has linked your user account to a Professional Shadow PC via the Shadow Manager. If this does not solve your issue, please contact Support.
