You can change your email address any time by logging in to My Account. If you have trouble changing your email address, contact Support for assistance.
To change your email address in My Account:
- Click the Security tab, then under your email address, click Change email.
- Enter a new email address → verify your password → click Confirm.
- Copy and paste the validation code sent to your old email address into the field below, then click Continue.
- Copy and paste the validation code sent to your new email address, then click Continue.
Please contact Support if you've experienced one of the following:
- You haven't received an email to validate your changes
- You forgot your password and can't log in or confirm changes
- You no longer have access to the email address on file
To contact Support, submit a request. You may be required to provide a picture of your government-issued photo ID to identify yourself as the account owner. Your ID must match your name, date of birth, and the street address on file. A Support Hero will respond as soon as possible.
💬 Note: Check your spam/junk folders for any emails from Shadow. If you're unable to access your old email account or don't receive the code, please contact support for assistance.
