You can change your email address anytime by logging in to your account page and accessing the Account tab.

Log in to your account page using your web browser.
Navigate to the "Account" tab within your account page.
Click on "Edit my email."
Enter your new email address and click "Save".

Note: Please review your spam/junk folders for any emails from Shadow. If you encounter difficulty accessing your previous email account or if the code is not received, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
If you've lost access to the email address linked to your Shadow account
Note: It might be necessary to provide a photo of your government-issued ID to confirm your identity as the account owner.
Ensure that the details on your ID, such as your name, date of birth, and street address, align with the information on file.
