Shadow PC Login Errors A-102, A-105, A-106
Introduction
The Shadow PC launcher may return errors A-102, A-105, or A-106 if the login process is interrupted. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve these errors.
Solutions
- Try logging in again
- Use another browser
- Uninstall and reinstall the Shadow PC app
- Deactivate your firewall, antivirus, or VPN
- Turn off ad blockers
- Clear cache and cookies
- Enable push notifications on your browser
- Sync your clock
Detailed Steps
1. Try logging in again
From the Shadow PC launcher, click “Log in with Browser” once and complete the process. Clicking multiple times can cause conflicts.
2. Use another browser
Your current browser settings may interfere with login. Try a different browser and set it as the default. If needed, use Incognito Mode or another device.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the Shadow PC app
Uninstall the app, restart your device, then reinstall it from the downloads page.
4. Deactivate your firewall, antivirus, or VPN
- Open ports required for Shadow PC.
- Whitelist Shadow in your antivirus settings.
- Temporarily disable firewall, antivirus, or VPN, then try logging in.
5. Turn off ad blockers
Ad blockers may interfere with login. Temporarily disable them or whitelist Shadow PC.
6. Clear cache and cookies
Follow these instructions to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
7. Enable push notifications on your browser
Shadow PC uses push notifications for authentication. Enable them using the links below:
8. Sync your clock
If your system clock is incorrect, login attempts may fail. Sync your clock using the instructions for your OS:
- Windows: Go to Settings Time & Language Date & Time and click Sync now.
- MacOS: Follow these instructions.
- Ubuntu: Use the command line to sync.
