Getting Started with Shadow PC Pro
Downloading the Shadow App
To access your Shadow PC, download the Shadow app from the downloads page on Shadow's website and enter your login credentials, or use Shadow PC in Browser.
Minimum Requirements
- Internet Speed: Minimum download speed of 15Mb/s.
- Compatible Devices: Some devices manufactured before 2012 may not function properly.
- Network Access: Shadow PC can be used on most company networks, but may require modifications. See our guide on Connecting to Shadow with a Company Network for details.
Availability
Shadow PC Pro is available in select countries in Europe, the United States, and Canada.
When traveling, you can use Shadow PC, but performance depends on your internet connection's distance from the assigned data center. Greater distances may increase latency. Troubleshoot connection issues if you're experiencing problems while traveling.
Managing Your Shadow PC Pro Account
Activating Your Shadow PC
After your administrator invites you to Shadow PC:
- Create an account using the invitation email.
- Your administrator will then assign you to a Shadow PC.
- Download Shadow PC to access your assigned PC.
Updating Your Account Information
You can change your email address or password from your account page at any time.
Account Deletion
If you need to delete your Shadow PC, contact your account administrator. Be sure to back up important files before requesting deletion.
Reporting Issues
If you experience any difficulties, notify your administrator. They can assist with troubleshooting and escalate the issue to Shadow Support if necessary.
