At the moment, it is not possible to reset Windows yourself as this would cause in the loss of services that are essential to the proper functioning of your Shadow. Our support team are happy to assist you with your request, please read the below carefully before proceeding with the reset.
First, make sure a Windows reset will fix the problem that you’re experiencing.
A reinitialization of Windows can help to clean your computer in case of infection with malware or other viruses. It also allows you to reinstall the software on the first start, including Blade services.
Note that a Windows reset will not solve latency. If you encounter a technical problem, please contact our Support team.
Always make a backup of your data before proceeding.
A reset of Windows will result in the loss of your personal data. Make sure you have saved these beforehand as you will not be able to recover them. Think about your photos, videos, music, document.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information
Place "Reset Windows" in the subject line of your e-mail.
Specify the reason(s) for your request in the body of the message.
You will then receive an e-mail confirming that it has been accepted and once our team has finished the reset, you will receive a notification that you can reconnect to your Shadow.
