If you have problems with the Shadow application, you can recover the following reports and submit to Shadow Support which will help our teams to retrieve and resolve the issues more efficiently.
Log report: This file can be found in folder %appdata%\Shadow\AppLogs. Send the most recent file with extension log.log
Crash report: This file can be found in folder %appdata%\Shadow\Crashpad\db\reports. Send the most recent file with extension .dmp
Configuration report: This file can be recovered by following the instructions below:
1. Press the Windows + R key combination.
2. In the window that opens, type dxdiag and press OK.
3. Click Save All Information
4. Save file and attach to your email to Shadow Support.
