I'm not receiving a video signal from my Shadow Box

If you encounter a black screen even before the connection page to your Shadow Box, several solutions can be tested:

  • Check that the screen is turned on and plugged into the Shadow Box,

  • Test another video cable between the Shadow Box and your screen,

  • Test other ports on the screen or Shadow Box

  • Try it with another screen

  • Test without an adapter
