The processing of the User’s personal data by SHADOW is indicated in our Privacy Policy on the Website.
To delete your personal data, you must meet the following requirements:
Your subscription must be terminated for more than 24 hours.
All invoices or outstanding payments must be paid in full.
You can permanently delete your personal data from our systems by contacting the Support Team.
Due to legal obligations, we will keep a record of your invoices after your account has been deleted.
