Cancel my Shadow subscription

This article explains how to cancel your Shadow subscription and answers related questions. If you need help before canceling, search the Help Center or contact Support.
You can cancel your subscription:
Anytime before your renewal date on your account page.
At least ten days before your renewal date if you cancel via other methods, such as postal mail or contacting Support.
Note: The above timeframes refer to when SHADOW receives your cancellation request, not when the request is sent.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your Shadow subscription from your account page or by contacting Support. Once your subscription is cancelled, your account page will be updated and you'll receive a confirmation email. You may continue to use your Shadow subscription until the end of your current billing month.
Note: Your data will be deleted after your subscription ends. Back up your files from Shadow PC before the end of your subscription or download your files from Shadow Drive.

To identify and authenticate your account, all cancellation requests must include the following:
Your name(s), surname(s), and email address registered to the subscription.
The reason you'd like to cancel your subscription.
