How do I provide a Shadow PC to my users?


You are now registered and have access to your Shadow Manager.

All you have to do is provide a PC to one of your users and you can begin to exploit Shadow's potential.

Here are the steps to follow:

Invite a user

  1. Go to the Userstab and click the create_user_en.png button.

  2. Type the email address of the user you want to invite. They will receive an email inviting them to create their account.

Create a Shadow PC

  1. Go to the “PC” tab and click the create_button_en.png button.

  2. Choose your configuration.

  3. Define how much additional storage you want to include with your Shadow PC.

  4. Fill in your payment information to confirm your order. Once the order is placed, your Shadow PC should appear in the “PC” tab.

Assign your new Shadow PC to a user

Please note that in order to assign a person to a Shadow PC, this person must have followed the account creation procedure to the end.

  1. In the “PC” tab, click on the line of the PC you have just created. A menu appears on the right side of your screen.

  2. In "User Information", click on the "+ Assign" button

  3. Choose the member of your organization from the drop-down menu search.png which appears.

  4. Your user will receive an email and will be able to access their Shadow PC from the application.
