How to update to the Beta version of the Shadow Box?

⚠️ Please note that Hardware issues related to Shadow Boxes and Shadow Ghosts are no longer supported by the Support Team.
Software-related issues remain supported.
As with the Shadow Ghost, the Shadow Box also has a Beta version (formerly called RPT for Public Test Realm).
To activate the Beta version of the Shadow Box, you'll need to change the version via the launcher. Then click on the drop-down menu at the top right and follow the following instructions:
Click on the Settings icon
.Scroll through the settings to the section Change Shadow version.
Click Shadow Beta.
Validate your choice via the window that opens.
Once the Beta option is selected, an update will begin and the Shadow Box will then restart.
🚨 Warning: It is imperative to let the update complete until your Shadow Box has completely restarted. Shutting down your Shadow Box early may result in a complete system crash.
If you encounter any usage problems with the Beta version, you can always return to the official version using the same process.
