Où puis-je télécharger l'application Shadow pour mon appareil ?

Pour télécharger l'application Shadow sur votre appareil, dirigez-vous vers la section Télécharger de notre site ou identifiez-vous à votre Espace Personnel et cliquez sur l'onglet Application.

Shadow offre-t-il un support du double écran ?

Shadow supporte la fonctionnalité double écran. Nous vous invitons à consulter l'article sur Comment utiliser le double écran sur Shadow ? pour paramétrer votre deuxième écran.

Est-il possible d'utiliser la VR sur Shadow ?

Bien que Shadow propose une application historique \"Shadow VR\", celle-ci n'est plus activement maintenue. Pour une expérience optimale et performante, l'utilisation de Virtual Desktop est désormais la méthode recommandée par nos experts.

Conditions requises

Quelles sont les exigences matérielles minimales pour utiliser Shadow ?

En plus d'une vitesse de téléchargement minimale de 15Mb/s, Shadow recommande d'utiliser des appareils n'ayant pas plus de 6 ans. Pour des exigences plus spécifiques, veuillez consulter les besoins en matériel.

En raison des mises à jour du matériel et des logiciels, les exigences sont susceptibles de changer à tout moment.

Où puis-je utiliser Shadow ?

Shadow PC Enterprise est disponible dans toute l'Europe ainsi qu'aux Etats-Unis et au Canada. En cas de doute, n'hésitez pas à prendre contact avec notre équipe commerciale via ce formulaire.

Puis-je utiliser Shadow sur un réseau d'entreprise ?

Est-il possible de miner de la cryptomonnaie ?

L'extraction de devises cryptographiques (telles que Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, etc.) viole nos conditions d'utilisation et entraînera la résiliation immédiate de votre abonnement à Shadow. Pour plus de règles pouvant entraîner la résiliation, voir ce que Shadow n'autorise pas.

Puis-je utiliser Shadow en déplacement ?

Il est possible d'utiliser Shadow lorsque vous êtes en déplacement mais cela dépendra à la fois de la connexion internet dont vous disposez sur place (voir article Configuration et optimisation du réseau) et également de la destination où vous vous rendez.
En effet, si vous êtes trop loin de votre data center d'affectation, vous risquez de souffrir d'une mauvaise expérience voire d'être dans l'incapacité d'accéder à votre Shadow.

Votre compte

Quand vais-je recevoir mon mail d'activation ?

Une fois que votre administrateur vous aura invité, vous devrez tout d'abord créer votre compte avant que ce dernier puisse assigner votre compte à un Shadow PC existant.
Vous recevrez dans un premier temps un mail vous invitant à créer un compte puis une fois cela fait, votre administrateur pourra vous assigner à un Shadow PC.
Pendant ce temps-là, vous pouvez télécharger les applications Shadow afin d'accéder à votre Shadow PC dès que votre administrateur vous l'a assigné.

Puis-je modifier mon adresse mail ou mon mot de passe ?

Oui, vous pouvez modifier votre adresse mail ou votre mot de passe depuis votre espace personnel.

Comment puis-je supprimer mon Shadow PC ?

Vous pouvez vous adresser à l'administrateur de votre compte pour lui demander de supprimer votre compte. Pensez à bien sauvegarder vos fichiers importants avant d'initier cette procédure.

Si vous rencontrez des difficultés à l'usage de votre Shadow PC, n'hésitez pas à faire remonter ses difficultés à votre administrateur qui pourra vous aider.

Where can I download the Shadow app for my device?

To download the Shadow app onto your device, visit the Downloads page from our website or log in to your account page and click the Shadow apps tab.

Does Shadow offer dual-screen support?

We do have a dual-screen feature available! See our article How to Enable Multi-Screen on Shadow for help enabling and testing this feature.

Is it possible to use VR on Shadow?

While Shadow offers a legacy \"Shadow VR\" application, it is no longer actively maintained. For an optimal and high-performance experience, using Virtual Desktop is now the method recommended by our experts. For more information, you can read our article How to set up Shadow VR.

Requirements

What are the minimum requirements to use Shadow?

Shadow recommends a minimum download speed of 15Mb/s. Some devices manufactured on or before 2012 may not function properly.

Due to hardware and software updates from manufacturers, requirements are subject to change at any time.

Where can I use Shadow?

Shadow PC Enterprise is available in Europe as well as in the United States and Canada. If you have any doubts, please contact our sales team via this form.

Can I use Shadow on a professional network?

You should be able to use Shadow on any company network, however, you may need to make some modifications. For more information, please refer to our article Connect to Shadow with a company network.

Is it possible to mine cryptocurrency?

Mining cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, etc.) violates our Terms of Use and will result in the immediate termination of your Shadow subscription without a refund. For more rules that may result in termination, see what we do not allow on Shadow.

Can I use Shadow while I'm traveling?

Shadow is a great travel companion, but there are restrictions. If it takes too long for your internet connection to reach your data center, this will increase latency. Although traveling with Shadow is possible, your connection must still meet the requirements. Please refer to this article for more information: How to troubleshoot your internet connection.

Your account

When will I receive my activation email?

Once your administrator has invited you, you will first need to create your account before your administrator can assign your account to an existing Shadow PC.
You will first receive an email inviting you to create an account and once you have done so, your administrator will be able to assign you to a Shadow PC.
Meanwhile, you can download the Shadow applications to access your Shadow PC once your administrator has assigned it to you.

Can I change my email address or password?

Yes, you can change your email address or password from your customer space.

How can I delete my Shadow PC?

You can contact your account administrator and ask them to delete your account. Remember to back up your important files before initiating this procedure.

If you face any difficulties using your Shadow PC, please do not hesitate to report these difficulties to your administrator who will be able to help you.
