Écran partagé vertical ou crash complet de Linux

\n

En raison d'une initialisation GPU spécialement requise pour les anciennes cartes, le flux vidéo peut n'en restituer que la moitié ou provoquer un gel de Xorg (voici un article à ce sujet). Dans ce cas, contactez le support avec le résultat de la commande :

Si vous disposez d'une carte graphique Nvidia sur votre ordinateur local

Préférez installer des pilotes propriétaires : https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareAndUpdatesSettings

Si vous disposez d'une carte graphique AMD sur votre ordinateur local et que vous avez des couleurs médiocres ou un flux vidéo instable

En raison d'une mauvaise configuration du pilote, le flux vidéo ne peut pas être décodé correctement. Exécutez la commande suivante :

sudo curl https://gitlab.com/NicolasGuilloux/shadow-live-os/raw/arch-master/airootfs/etc/drirc -o /etc/drirc

Redémarrez votre ordinateur après avoir exécuté la commande.

Problème de sandboxing avec Debian

\n

À cause d'un bug sur Debian, l'application doit être exécutée avec le paramètre suivant :

./Shadow.AppImage --no-sandbox
\n

Une autre solution consiste à ajouter un attribut au noyau de votre système :

sysctl -w kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1
\n

Ou en ajoutant la ligne suivante au fichier /etc/sysctl.d/99-shadow.conf :

Shadow crashes on Ubuntu 20.04

Run the following command:

Then log out of your session and log back in after executing the command.

Vertical split screen or Linux crash

\n

Due to a special GPU initialization required for old cards, the stream may render only partially or potentially cause an Xorg freeze (read this post from GitHub for more information). In this case, contact Support and provide the subsequent results after executing this command:

If you have an Nvidia GPU on your local machine

If you have problems with these drivers, please contact Support with the result after executing this command:

If you have an AMD GPU on your local machine and have poor colors or an irregular stream

Due to poor driver configuration, the stream cannot be decoded correctly. Run the following command:

sudo curl https://gitlab.com/NicolasGuilloux/shadow-live-os/raw/arch-master/airootfs/etc/drirc -o /etc/drirc
\n

Restart your computer after running the command.

Sandboxing Problem with Debian

\n

To address a specific bug on Debian, you may need to run the application with the following parameter:

./Shadow.AppImage --no-sandbox
\n

Another solution is to add an attribute to your system kernel:

sysctl -w kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1
\n

Alternatively, you can achieve the same affect by adding the following line to the /etc/sysctl.d/99-shadow.conf file:
