Problème

Le système d'exploitation Windows de votre Shadow PC a rencontré un plantage entraînant un écran bleu de la mort (BSOD).

Cause

Un BSOD se produit lorsque Windows détecte une erreur système fatale. Windows a forcé son arrêt car le système d'exploitation ne pouvait plus fonctionner en toute sécurité. Un arrêt était nécessaire pour éviter d'autres dommages.

Solution

\n

Pour résoudre un BSOD sur Shadow PC, redémarrez votre Shadow :

  1. Cliquez sur l'icône Aide sur le launcher.
    2. \n
  2. Cliquez sur le bouton d'alimentation pour Éteindre Shadow.
    3. \n
\n

Si le problème persiste et que le Mode de Récupération n'est pas disponible, une remise à zéro peut être nécessaire.

Issue

The Windows operating system on your Shadow PC encountered a crash resulting in a blue screen of death (BSOD).

\n

Cause

\n

A BSOD occurs when Windows has detected a fatal system error. Windows forced itself to shut down to prevent further damage. This can result from software conflicts, driver issues, or system file corruption.

\n

Solution

\n

Follow the suggestions below in the order they are shown.

\n

Restart Shadow PC

\n

Most BSOD errors can be resolved by restarting Shadow PC:

  1. Click the Help icon on the launcher.
    2. \n
  2. Click the power button to Shut down Shadow.
    3. \n
  3. Start Shadow PC.
    4. \n
\n

Windows may take longer to start while Shadow PC works to resolve the issue.

\n

Access Recovery Mode

\n

Shadow PC will attempt to run in Recovery Mode if it's unable to fully restore its services. We recommend using this limited environment to back up your data in case the issue cannot be resolved.

\n

Repair Shadow PC

\n

Try to repair your Shadow PC from the launcher to restore Shadow PC's services. Go to the Help section and click Repair My Shadow PC.

\n

Factory Reset

\n

If Shadow PC is still unable to start properly, a factory reset may be required. If you have important data on your Shadow PC that you would like to recover, contact Support.
