Télécharger l'application Shadow

Pour accéder à votre Shadow PC, téléchargez l'application Shadow depuis la page de téléchargement sur le site de Shadow et entrez vos identifiants de connexion, ou utilisez Shadow PC dans le navigateur.

Shadow PC Pro est disponible dans certains pays d' Europe, des États-Unis et du Canada.

Lors de vos déplacements, vous pouvez utiliser Shadow PC, mais les performances dépendent de la distance entre votre connexion Internet et le centre de données assigné. Une plus grande distance peut augmenter la latence. Dépanner les problèmes de connexion si vous rencontrez des problèmes lors de vos déplacements.

Après que votre administrateur vous a invité à Shadow PC :

Getting Started with Shadow PC Pro

Downloading the Shadow App

To access your Shadow PC, download the Shadow app from the downloads page on Shadow's website and enter your login credentials, or use Shadow PC in Browser.

Minimum Requirements

Availability

Shadow PC Pro is available in select countries in Europe, the United States, and Canada.

When traveling, you can use Shadow PC, but performance depends on your internet connection's distance from the assigned data center. Greater distances may increase latency. Troubleshoot connection issues if you're experiencing problems while traveling.

Managing Your Shadow PC Pro Account

Activating Your Shadow PC

After your administrator invites you to Shadow PC:

  2. Your administrator will then assign you to a Shadow PC.

  3. \nDownload Shadow PC to access your assigned PC.

Updating Your Account Information
