This panel displays Shadow PC's connection drops (packet loss), latency, bandwidth, and frame rate.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Connection drops (Packet Loss)</strong> - Displays the percentage of packets lost between your connection and Shadow PC.\n<ul>\n<li>Packet loss can cause lag, stuttering, freezing, or choppy audio.</li>\n<li>You can prevent packet loss by restarting your router, using a 5GHz Wifi connection or Ethernet cable, or connecting to a different network.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Frame rate</strong> - Measures the number of frames (or images) displayed on your Shadow PC per second, also referred to as \"frames per second\" or FPS.\n<ul>\n<li>If Shadow is not streaming a game, video, or other moving images, the graph will be low and flat.</li>\n<li>Shadow PC's frame rate will increase when it streams any moving images.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Latency</strong> - Displays the amount of time it takes for your connection to communicate with our data centers, in milliseconds (ms).<br>\n<ul>\n<li>If this graph is unstable or exceeds 35ms, this may cause you to experience high latency.</li>\n<li>Using a 5GHz Wifi connection or Ethernet cable may help lower latency.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Bandwidth</strong> - Shows how much bandwidth your internet connection is using to stream Shadow PC.\n<ul>\n<li>This increases when you perform any activity on Shadow.
